WHAT WE DO
The Bytes Project runs extensive projects across Northern Ireland with a broad range of young people. Group work, personal development, 1-on-1 mentoring and training towards specific qualifications are all part of our approach. We know that every young person is different and has different circumstances. As a result, we try to adapt how we work with individuals to their needs. A single, rigid approach will not work for everyone and flexibility can be as important as structure.
As well as working from our own centres, we also work with local youth and community centres, schools and government agencies across areas including Belfast (e.g. Ardoyne, Lower Falls, Ballymurphy, Springmartin, Rathcoole, Tullycarnet, Twinbrook, Sandy Row), Antrim & Newtownabbey, Ballycastle, Ballyclare, Ballykelly, Ballymena, Ballymoney, Cookstown, Coleraine, Lisburn, Limavady, Lurgan, Maghera, Derry/Londonderry, East Inishowen and the Woodlands and Hydebank YOCs.
